REFUNDS

WE ARE HAPPY TO OFFER REFUNDS ON FAULTY, DEFECTED OR INCORRECT ITEMS ONLY. IF YOU BELIEVE YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY AND YOU WISH TO REQUEST A REFUND PLEASE EMAIL US HERE. PLEASE STATE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, THE ITEM YOU WISH TO RETURN AND A DESCRIPTION OF THE FAULT IN YOUR MESSAGE. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR EMAIL WE WILL RESPOND WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST ONE BUSINESS DAY FOR OUR RESPONSE. 

ITEMS WILL ONLY BE DEEMED FAULTY ONCE WE RECEIVE THEM BACK AND HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM AND APPROVE THE FAULT. GENERAL WEAR AND TARE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED A FAULT. IF YOUR ITEM IS DEEMED FAULTY WE WILL OFFER YOU THE CHOICE OF A REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, CREDIT OR REFUND. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED VIA THE SAME METHOD OF PAYMENT. IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT DEEMED FAULTY IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU VIA REGISTERED REGULAR POST. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY INCUR A RETURN SHIPPING FEE FOR RETURNS DEEMED NOT FAULTY.
